Three things to have ready
Give the full address, explain what stopped working and say whether you can still access the property or vehicle. Add the unit or entrance for a building, and the year, make and model for a car. If you are parked in a lot or garage, describe the vehicle’s actual position.
Before making an arrangement
Confirm availability, the specific service that can be supported and the estimate. Explain who is authorized to approve work and ask what identification is needed. If there is a current access restriction, a shared entrance or another person who must be present, mention it on the call.
