What changes with a rekey?
Rekeying changes which key operates a compatible lock. It can be useful when copies are unaccounted for, yet the hardware otherwise works well. It does not automatically correct a door that rubs, a loose handle, or a latch that misses its opening. Separate your concern about old keys from any difficulty physically securing the door.
Tell us when it binds
Think about the last time the lock worked normally. Did the problem begin after a key bent, or has the door needed more pressure over time? Report what you already know without forcing another attempt. Our repair information helps describe key movement and door fit. Mention if the problem affects one lock or several locks using the same key.
A useful Worthington reference
Village Green sits around High Street and State Route 161, so a general reference to the green leaves more than one possible direction. Add the actual street number and business or unit name. A specific entrance is especially useful when the public-facing door and the door needing attention are on different sides of the building. Landmark context should support the address.
Hand over a business clearly
Before a shop or office handover, list the keys being returned, doors those keys operate, and people who should retain access. Include storage and staff entrances if they belong to the request. Commercial lock support can then be discussed around that list. A short written account is easier to review than discovering an additional door after the work has been scoped.
