One address, several entrances
A street address can lead to a shop, an upstairs home, or a shared lobby. Say which entrance needs attention and whether you can reach it. Columbus also maps different parking facilities and zones; a nearby destination may not identify your car. Our location guide helps separate the building address from the place where access is needed.
Keep a working door working
If your key still turns but you no longer know who has copies, rekeying may be the useful conversation. If the key sticks or the door needs a hard push, describe that separately. Changing a key arrangement does not resolve a poorly fitting door. Mention whether the trouble happens every time or only when the door is closed.
Business keys need a plan
A lost shop key can affect more than the front entrance. List the locks that key normally opens, who needs replacement access, and whether another authorized person can meet at the property. For a staff change or tenant handover, business lock support starts with the doors you control and the access you want to retain.
If the keys are in the car
For vehicle access, have the make, model and year ready, along with whether a spare exists. Describe a locked-in key differently from a lost key or a fob that stopped responding. Give the actual street or garage, level, and a visible vehicle description. Leave cost, compatibility and availability to the request review before making plans around the visit.
