Start at the right entrance
A Bridge Street destination is useful context, but it does not tell us whether you need access to a private unit or a building entrance. Explain which doors you can already pass through and which one is locked. If the entrance is managed by the building, identify the person who can approve work on that shared hardware before arranging changes.
Your key, your own door
For a dwelling lock, note whether you are locked out or still have normal access. After a move, rekeying compatible locks may help reset who has a working key. It is useful to count the entry doors first. Tell us about different key types, a latch that catches, or a deadbolt that only works when the door is lifted.
Garage levels change the picture
Dublin's municipal parking information distinguishes named garages, and Bridge Park has multiple parking structures. Give the garage name and level if your vehicle is inside one. For car access, the destination you visited and the entrance used to reach the parked car may be different. Include the make, model, year, and whether the keys are inside or missing.
Agree on the full request
An opening, a key change, and a repair serve different needs. If more than one applies, describe them in that order: what blocks you now, what access you want afterward, and what hardware feels unreliable. Our home lock page helps with that distinction. Confirm availability for the actual Dublin address and ask what information is needed before a visit is arranged.
